Contract for the Supply of Goods
The display of goods on the site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and RECFIRSTAID LTD. unless, and until, an email is sent by RECFIRSTAID LTD to you confirming that your order has been processed by our staff and is being invoiced in full. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance of your offer to buy goods from RECFIRSTAID LTD and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. RECFIRSTAID LTD are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

The site is providing this site and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. The site. disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, the site does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.

Pricing
The site reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. If, however an order has been accepted, we will notify you prior to shipment of any change. You have the right to cancel the item from the order at no cost to either party.

Product Images
Where possible the image shown represents the goods. However, certain pictures may represent a different manufacturer, a generic form, a range of goods or an advertising image. In these cases, the image does not necessarily accurately represent the product.

Processing of orders
Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers.
Some items may be unavailable. We regret we are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.

Delivery
The order in this instance should be delivered within 30 days of you making the online purchase. If the item does not arrive within this 30-day period, then you can contact us and ask that it be delivered at another date that is convenient for you. RECFIRSTAID LTD can not be held responsible if we are not informed the goods have not been delivered within 30days.

Returns
The Company will supply the Customer with products on the understanding that the Customer will test them in actual use and will have determined whether the products are suitable for the particular use to which they are to be applied.
In the event of a product not meeting the Customer’s requirements, it must be returned to the Company in an unused and resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery.

A returns note must be completed by the Customer and returned with the products.

Products must be returned at your expense. In such circumstances, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any credits and refunds will be made only after the Company’s receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order.

The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition.
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

Our liability to you shall not, in any event, include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.

Damaged & Missing Products
The Customer must make any claims for a damaged or missing product within 3 working days, of expected delivery date or receipt of delivery. RECFIRSTAID LTD reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

Online Product Images and Descriptions
Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by RECFIRSTAID LTD will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.

Limitation of Liability
Except as specifically stated on this site, neither the site, nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Governing Law
All purchases from the site are subject to Irish Law.

Modification of Terms
The site reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the RECFIRSTAID LTD site.

Booking Policy
In order to secure a place on any of our courses, the full fee must be paid at time of making the booking. A booking is made once a course place is agreed to be reserved and full payment is received. If paying by credit or debit card, payment has been confirmed as authorised. If a reservation is being made without a credit card, places will be held temporarily pending receipt of payment but will be released if payment is not received two weeks after the reservation being made or, one full week prior to the course commencement, whichever occurs first.

Cancellations by the Customer – Public Courses
Places on all courses are limited, please bear this in mind when booking and if you wish to make a change or cancel a booking. We aim to keep our training fees as low as possible so that we can offer a cost-effective training solution to community organisations, businesses, and individuals. To be able to do this, we are regrettably forced to charge for cancelled bookings. Our cancellation policy for public courses is as follows:

At any stage, we are happy to change the participant where someone cannot attend but where an alternative person can attend in their place. There is no charge for this name change.
Cancellations less than 5 working days before a course or a “no show” on the commencement day of a course or cancellation during the course will incur a 100% cancellation and no refund is possible. However you may transfer onto the next available course if possible or use the credit for any of our training course. No payment refund is available.
Cancellations between 5 and 14 working days’ notice may incur a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the course fee before any discounts are applied.
Cancellations made 14 working days or more before the course commencement date will be entitled to a full refund.

Issue of Certificates
Certificates or course completion letters are not issued until payment in full is received. There is no exception to this rule.

Consumer Rights
Individual consumer’s rights under the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 are not affected by this policy.

Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the site and the materials displayed thereon. However, no right, title, or interest in any such materials will be granted or transferred to you as a result of any permitted use of such materials.

All materials incorporated in or accessible through the Site, including, without limitation, text, photographs, images, graphics, illustrations, logos, button icons, audio clips, video clips, podcasts, software and other content, and the compilation, collection, arrangement and assembly thereof (including the look and feel of the Site), are protected by Irish and international copyright laws, and are owned, controlled or licensed by RECFIRSTAID LTD or by the original creators of such materials or their permitted licensors. All such rights are reserved. Such materials may be used only for viewing the Site in the ordinary course. Any other use of such materials, including any copying, reproduction, modification, sale, distribution, extraction, re-utilisation, transmission, republication, downloading, displaying, posting, performance, or other exploitation thereof, by any means or medium, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner is strictly prohibited. In addition, where any content on the Site is not owned by RECFIRSTAID LTD the use of such content shall be prohibited unless the consent of the owner has been obtained and the use of such material has been notified to us in advance.
The Site is provided by RECFIRSTAID LTD on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, RECFIRSTAID LTD disclaims all warranties, conditions and undertakings, express or implied. RECFIRSTAID LTD does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials incorporated in the Site or any third party website accessed through the Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material.

Further, please note that no advice or information, obtained by you from our staff or through this site shall create any warranty not expressly provided for in these Terms. Where you rely on any information, material or services on the Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Neither RECFIRSTAID LTD, any of our affiliates, nor any of our or their respective licensors, licensees, service providers or suppliers warrant that the Site will be continuously available, or that your use of the Site or any function of the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the Site and server will be free from infection, viruses and/or other components that have contaminating or destructive properties.
